The Clamshell is an affordable cozy cottage only 60 feet to the ocean.This cozy family cottage was renovated in 2009 in a nautical theme. The kitchen has a brand new fridge 2013, New glass top stove 2015, New laminate flooring,sliding door entry, new futon couch and chairs in living area along with a 32 inch flat screen TV/CABLE, washer and dryer, and small sitting area outdoors with gas grill.

Master bedroom with A/C and Bunk Bed room with full bed on bottom and twin on top. Both Bedrooms have TV.

The Clamshell Cottage is located behind our Blue Pearl Cottage.

Being this close to the beach (7 Miles), makes coming back for lunch, bathroom breaks, forgotten items a breeze.  Walking distance to fresh lobster, Mile Long jetty, Saco RIver, Pier, Camp Ellis General Store, three restaurants, gift shops.

It is a short drive to OOB, flea market, Drive-in, amusement parks, lighthouses,Lis and Reg wifi internet and PET FRIENDLY.

Extra services for your convience: Pets Welcome for a small fee $100

Linens can be added for a small fee of $50.00 one set of towels for each person and lines for each bed, cleaning service will wash the linens when you leave.

Early / Late entry $25.00 each entry must be ordered at booking.

End of rental cleaning.  $75.00 added to all rental rates.
